Have you been chosen OR called by God? Have you heard from God in a unique way calling you or choosing you for a position of leadership in his kingdom? Please take a moment to stop before proceeding, and realize that being called or chosen to lead, only means to serve.  Any great server requires preparation. Some should be given through training. While other preparations by the Holy Spirit in believers. Whatever the capacity it may be that God is calling you to.  No matter the leadership role God has given you in his Kingdom. Those of us involved in Well Whale Ministries have received the same training, and were equally prepared before serving in the capacity God has given us. Whether we be a Bishop, Apostle, Deacon, Mother, or Elder, we were properly trained and commissioned by other leaders and the Holy Spirit to accept and service the areas God has given us to labor in his Kingdom. Are we perfect? No. Trust us, you won't be either. We have been in the ministry too long to know that no leader is perfect. Sincerity, preparation, and the condition of our hearts are often what matter to God. And what causes His Holy Spirit to flow and work through leaders. One thing we can certainly attest to for you is that the leaders here are of clean and Holy living. Our hopes and prayers for new laborers ready to accept God's call, by assuming their positions in the Kingdom of God; are that you have and know how to commune with the Holy Spirit. Are properly trained, and prepared for what God has called you to.

Why Well Whale Ministries? Get trained by those that have been trained Well! Too often is it heard that ministers and leaders graduate from ministry schools in which they have no idea how to perform certain functions in the church. They have no idea how to lead a church, or the proper way to form a sermon, how to protect the sacredness of their anointing, or worst of all, even how to be properly guided by the Holy Spirit! If a leader is unable to follow the Holy Spirit how shall they lead the people? By carnal works??? Isn't there too much carnal works being counted for Godly works in the Kingdom of God today, already? You may or may not agree.  Regardless, our assignment in Well Whale Ministries is to train up those that have been chosen or called by God to lead in his Kingdom. We do it with the Fear of the Lord, that we may be held accountable. We have one of the lowest tuition fees in several countries. Which is free to those that join the ministry to serve in some capacity while they are in training. The credentials and training the ministry holds authorize us to prepare and teach a curriculum that will prepare you for success in the leadership role God has given you.
